• Lindy rig with a leech or crawler

• Slip bobbing with a red gamakatsu hook (leeches or shiners)

Born and raised in Detroit Lakes, MN. Now living in the Twin Cities. I grew up fishing with my brother and father. My father, Brad Laabs, has been a fishing guide for more than 30 years. I had the luck of a great teacher from early on. I love open water fishing, fishing in the boundary waters and ice fishing. I am a walleye addict, but also love fishing for crappies, bass and northern pike. I am also a founding board member of Twin Cities Walleyes Unlimited.
